The child who lives in an apartment, pays no taxes, no fees for education. A student amd his family rents a house, pays no taxes and no fees for education. That is free.

I, as a property owner, want to live in an educated society regardless of income. I pay taxes. I dont mind having an educated society where I live. It is still free to the STUDENT, REGARDLESS!

The more educated the workforce, the higher wage jobs come. Does you local economy include a seaplane port? Mine does. The local economy can afford it, as does tourists. Does your local economy involve any type of aircraft manufacturing? How about rockets? Any robotics labs in your local economy?
