8 months complaining about inflation and you want more tariffs..?

Terrific don't cause inflation, the federal reserve screwing with the currency does.

Tariffs are literally adding a superficial extra cost (a tax) on a product that was not there before. How does that not lead to inflation??

It allows local businesses compete with slave labor from overseas.

Uhhh.. YA. That is one theoretical point of tariffs... However inflation, the subject we're talking about, doesn't give a f*ck about where a product is from. Your point has nothing to do with inflation.

Actually the jobs market stays the same and people get paid more because of more demand, so any inflation is kept up with.

That's assuming America already produces whatever products are having tariffs placed upon them... And that another country (that isn't having tariffs placed upon them) cannot produce it cheaper ... For example after trump placed trade tariffs on China, a lot of the products previously produced there simply shifted to being made in Vietnam.

Each of those drops goods from China and takes our money back that they then Loan the democrats.
