I think this issue requires some actual work on the part of the individual to determine what's going on.
In other words, as we've learned in the last few years, the media cannot be relied on to tell us the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
I don't generally defend corporate types or corporations, but Bezos has established an environmental fund with an initial donation of $10 billion.
And I've read reports that this launch burned a mix of liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen, with its exhaust being nothing more than a trail of water vapor with no carbon emissions.
But I need to take my own advice, since I don't know how much of that last statement is true.
So a very valid question would be, when these low orbit flights are established to move people long distances in very little time, what type of fuel will be used? Will Bezos use this supposed environmentally friendly fuel for these flights, or will he succumb to the more massive profits he could make by using conventional rocket fuels?
The only thing we know for sure, is whatever the media tells us must be verified.
