Not anymore cozy than was obama (who was recorded on video telling Putin that he would assist him after being reelected) or any other president in the recent past. Biden is very cozy....far cozier with Putin than was Trump.....biden just opened the Russian oil/gas pipeline to Europe which Trump had blocked....instead of supplying Europe with American oil and gas....American supplies which he had largely blocked by opening that Russian pipeline....and he had received ZERO in return...except for some meaningless platitudes from the Europeans!!
And Kim is as mad as a hatter but sane enough to want his country to develop as well as did South Korea! Trump stroked his head and the missiles stopped.....today they once again splashing around Asia ever since Biden took office, and Kim is again making threats! One must remember that it was obama himself who had personally told Trump that North Korea was America's greatest threat....and Trump had nullified that threat very calmly....for which he had received ZERO congrats from the democrats but instead ridicule!
Both countries have extraordinary potentials in terms of modernization and infrastructure buildout, especially North Korea.
And Russia has massive-massive natural resources which would have benefited both countries if developed with American ingenuity and technology.
Trump's policy was that it is better to be friends than enemies....and both will benefit!
