OP has made a point but it's not what they think it is at all. Lightfoot is trying to avoid scrutiny for her handling of police killings. Saying that white reporters are racist is simply a deflection from inquiry into her total refusal to check a white supremacist policing system.
This is broken clock territory, but I'm gonna give OP a qualified win on this one
