Pointing out that people are judged by the color of their is not the same as judging people by the color of their skin.

Critical race theory states that because you are white you are racist because white oppressed other races in the past. Look it up.

I just looked it up and gave you a link. Some people might have said that, but that isn't what critical race theory says or is. It is a method of analyzing systems such as the law. It has a quite pointed focus on systems instead of people. As it is a tool, I'm sure it is misused, but I don't' see how that changes anything.
