Gas, electricity. We’ve already seen pre cursors. Green new deal isn’t going to fill the gaps fast enough. They can’t keep the power on in Cali now. Wait till all the cars are electric. California is the example they want for the nation. Unplanned platitudes don’t make things work in the real world.

Far as I know the Green New Deal hasn't gone into effect so ya I would be pretty surprised if it filled any gaps. I'll assume you're referring to Biden's infrastructure plan.

Ignoring that Bidens policies impact oil prices is Ostriching to reality. The West Coast has no pipeline breakdown and prices were way up before the pipeline crises. Funny how you lefties believe the Cheeto was responsible for every little thing yet Biden has no responsibility at all.

Reality is many different factors affect the price of oil. Basically the Saudis run that sh*t. Also gas stations often raise their prices in the summer, when demand increases. Beyond that I mean gas stations can charge whatever they want. And hyping #GasShortage seems like it's simply giving em one more reason to hike up the price.

Your utopia doesn’t happen overnight because you say so. You don’t have the infrastructure to accommodate electric cars to say nothing of the cost to buy and maintain them. Their need to have the battery replaced is a huge cost most people can’t afford. In the meantime restricting production of fossil fuels and Biden policies banning fracking and exploration place our needs in the hands of the Oil producing countries again. Gas lines are the norm and you support it. Enjoy.

Seems to me there are many maintenance issues required for standard cars which are not an issue in an electric car.. obviously no gasoline.. no fuel lines.. fuel filters.. spark plugs... oil changes... Oil filters.. starters/starter solenoids.... No TRANSMISSIONS (there's a pretty hefty cost right there^).. and whatever else..

I am 100% ok with using foreign oil before using our own... And if it ticks off trumpers who believe gas prices and lines are due to Joe Biden, I guess they will have their silver lining.
