Those that hate him have no clue who is was or what he did for America. They only listened to selected sound bites on YouTube, HuffPo, or CNN. If the left takes over the world no one will ever understand just want Rush did for America. He helped, inspired and motivated conservatives. He gave them a voice and explained what made America the greatest nation to have ever existed.

Those on the left are too far gone with their hate and their brainwashing to even considering listening to him enough to understand him. The left hates freedom anyway. They don't understand it and it causes them to be responsible for themselves. They hate responsibility. They want the government to be their mother and father.

I haven't listened to Rush with any regularity in over 20 years. That was because of a change in jobs more than anything because I used to listen to him at work. Even so I can see what he did for this country. He very much deserved the National Medal of Freedom that Trump gave him.

If I had never listened to them and was a sheep who believed everything the TV tells me to believe I would have the exact same opinion as you. Fortunately I know how to think for myself and I don't need the TV to tell me how to think. And, even though I haven't been able to listen to Rush with any regularity in over 20 years there is one thing I know for a fact. And that your opinion is not based in reality. It is based on what you have been told to believe.

Rush didn't hate people, he made fun of people. People who deserved to be made fun of because they don't know how to think for themselves.

You never listened to him, only what you were told.

You have not yet realized that you are lied to by the leftard media.

Get unwoke, wake up.

I used to listen to him every day over 20 years ago. The only reason why I quit was because I changed jobs and couldn't listen to him while I was at work.

I listened to him semi-regularly beginning in the early '90s. I thought he was the nastiest, most pompous jerk I'd ever heard until Mark Levin came along.

A whole lot of people were fooled that Iraq had no WMDs. I was one of them. It is possible that the president was also but who knows. I never had a good feeling about Bush but I voted for him anyway. I never felt right about going after Iraq when it was Al Qaeda who attacked us.

But back then I was still under the delusion that the Republicans could do no wrong. The Bush Administration was when I woke up and realized that those who run the Republican Party are essentially the same people who run the Democrat Party. They both have been making America choose one or the other because if you don't vote for X then Y will be president. But what happens when X = Y?

I owe a lot of my realization about this to my wife. She had it figured out before me even though she is still a Republican and I am not. I did not like McCain at all and I voted Libertarian that year. I was willing to hold my nose and vote for Romney even though I wasn't happy with him either. I thought he was honest, perhaps the most honest candidate for president in a very long time. Mainly because we share the same religion.

I voted for the Constitution Party candidate in 2016. I only voted for Trump in 2020 because the Constitution Party candidate proudly exclaimed that he was more Trump than Trump. I want my presidential candidate to be more George Washington than George Washington.

But as far as Rush was concerned, he stuck by the Republican Party through thick and thin. I didn't like that but I cannot ignore the fact that if it wasn't for him we would most likely have become full on socialist 15 or 20 years ago. And that is how Rush saved America by postponing our eminamant demise until now. Biden or Harris will most likely be or last president.

The left lost interest in our individual liberty a century ago and they have only gotten worse.

"I only voted for Trump in 2020 because the Constitution Party candidate proudly exclaimed that he was more Trump than Trump"

lol. that's a weird way from a constitution party candidate to admit to not having any genuine values

"I want my presidential candidate to be more George Washington than George Washington."

i get that, but the problem with that is there will never be another george washington today because he came from a time when communism and nazism didn't exist. the world isn't a safe place for idealists

"if it wasn't for him we would most likely have become full on socialist 15 or 20 years ago."

if people actually did their research and followed the money regarding limbaugh, america would've already turned socialist. just sayin'

"lol. that's a weird way from a constitution party candidate to admit to not having any genuine values"

The proper response to that is, "I know, right?" :-)

"the world isn't a safe place for idealists"

I couldn't agree more. On top of that our government has grown so corrupt that they just would not allow it. In my opinion the closet candidate we have had in recent times to be some what like George Washington was Ted Cruz. He is strongly committed to the Constitution and he is honest. This is all as far as I can tell from hundreds of miles away.

"if people actually did their research and followed the money regarding limbaugh, america would've already turned socialist. just sayin'"

I'm not sure I understand. I think Rush woke America up to just how much damage the socialists had already done to this nation and what they were doing.
