Why didn't the left asks blacks if it getting voter ID's would oppress their votes before running around calling blacks stupid? The answer is that they know they can get away with calling blacks stupid and the media will protect them.

They why do Democrats say blacks cannot get a voter ID? I am pretty sure I can easily get a voter ID and I know a lot of blacks who are much smarter than me.

Why are Democrats risking sounding like major racists just so they can maintain election fraud. I am not saying a voter ID will solved election fraud. That was abundantly clear in the last election. A voter ID would have only prevented a small amount of fraud.

Now that Democrats are in control they have passed in the House (I think) a bill that greatly relaxes voter validation so that voter fraud becomes the norm.

And that is the real reason why Democrats are saying voter IDs are racist. They aren't actually calling blacks stupid, they are just pretending like they are so they can stop any type of attempt to prevent fraud. Democrats only want to use and abuse blacks and no amount of pretty talking and acting like they are the champions of minorities will ever change the fact that Democrats only need blacks for votes and nothing else. That is how power hungry narcissists operate.

Anyone can get one in any state. Easier than. A drivers license, because there is no test.

There is no excuse for voter suppression.

There are excuses for moving or closing offices that have nothing to do with voting.

But they almost always do have to do with voting nowadays, sadly.

um, dude. a youtube video by a sketchy short-maker for Fox News is not helping your case. this guy asked Berekely students and one academic their opinions about the voter suppression laws. they described reasonably well what they had heard about it being targeted at rural minorities. then he goes to Harlem (it's in New York City) to ask black people what they thought of his selected clips. it's what he does. he's crafting and feeding you what you want to hear.

Jay Leno used to do a bit about "the man on the street" and they would only play the people who gave the stupidest answers.

something's not a fact just because you believe it to be. part of being human is that we really like what we believe to be true and we strongly resist any facts or arguments that suggest we're wrong. this is the case for everyone, even very sharp people. it's usually nor overcome with one conversation or one fact or one argument. you have to adopt a mindset that *everything* is *always* subject to reinterpretation. it also helps a lot to spend time with the people you disagree with. get to know how they think and why. simply picking your position and sticking with it, no matter what, is not a winning approach to life.
