Funny how you can’t think of any political reasons to hate on Biden. If you’re going to spit out criticism, at least make it good criticism. Seriously, this dude’s likely a kid who only likes Trump because his dad does.

Ok
1- Has said some very racist things such as "Poor kids are just as smart and talented as white kids" and "I don't want my kids to grow up in a racial jungle" and "You can't walk into a 7/11 without having a slight Indian accent". Oh and almost forgot. He attended former kkk member Robert Byrd's funeral. Imagine what you guys would say if Trump did that.

2-Cut tons of jobs by stopping construction of the pipeline.
3- Threw away tons of energy supply by stopping oil and natural gas leasing, therefore raising gas prices sky high.

There is tons of other things I could criticize Biden for, But we would be here all day.

1-Yes, Biden is racist. Compared to Trumps racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and all the other terrible shit Trump is though, Biden's not that bad.

2-Trump cut hundreds of jobs when he banned trans people in the military.

3-Trump pardoned literal war criminals.

You wanna keep going? Fine by me.

“Yes, Biden is racist.”
Then why did Democrats vote him in when racism is the biggest issue on their minds?
[deleted]
2 ups, 4y
Because they’re democrats

Because he's not nearly as racist as Trump.

That's still hypocritical to vote him in during the era of BLM knowing that he's been chummy with segregationists before and then lecture the right about a racist president.
And still, they could have had Tulsi Gabbard or Andrew Yang, two Democrats who both aren't racist and actually know what they're talking about. Or heck, why did they not vote in Bernie Sanders if that's the direction they're going in?
1 up, 4y
It's also why Biden picked Kamala as VP to a) make him look less racist and b) to shut her up since she actually called him out as a racist in the debates.

I actually don't know. I'm not a big fan of the Democratic party to begin with, I just think it's a better platform than the Green party. I, personally, would have preferred Andrew Yang, Bernie Sanders, or Elizabeth Warren, but that's just not how the cookie crumbled. At the end of the day, I thought Biden was better than Trump, so I supported him. Really almost every election involves one party settling for a candidate that wasn't their favorite but that they prefer over the alternative.

I don't agree here but you do have a respectable view. Good job on that.

Thank you. You seem like a relatively respectable conservative. I can respect people from any side of the compass as long as they have honor (and before someone jumps on this comment, Nazis and racists and other dudes like that are obvious exceptions (people have legitimately pulled a "BuT WhAt aBoUt tHe nAzIs?" on me before)).

ok it just seems like the stuff Korag said past that seemed like it was the answer to your question... And based on his newer replies to you, it would appear I am correct.

I'm also not sure racism was the biggest concern on democrats minds at that time..... Covid was pretty high up there as well.

I hear a lot more talk about racism though. Whatever the case though, racism is among the pillars of Democrat's top issues which is why it confuses me greatly that they still chose to elect a president who's a known racist then proceed to lecture Republicans about the very same thing. I have asked this following question many times and have yet to get an answer: Why not simply elect Somebody like Tulsi Gabbard or Andrew Yang? Both of them aren't racist, know what they're talking about, and can speak properly. Heck, why didn't they elect Bernie Sanders if that's the direction tons of them were going?

Voting present on impeachment was cowardly and showed everyone who she really was.

You asked the OP to criticize Biden because you thought they couldn't. But then they prove you wrong and you're "but trump"... but to your points,
1. Trump isn't racist, homophobic, transphobic, maybe a bit of a bigot.
2. The military isn't an equal opportunity employer.
2 ups, 4y
Can you explain in detail why Trump is racist? Please provide sources.

I'll tell you how it works. The end strength of the military is set by congress. If a president bans a group of people from service, the end strength number will still get filled by others that are not from that group. Therefore, no "jobs" were lost.

Furthermore, the military is not a jobs program or a social engineering experiment, it is service to your country, something bigger and better than yourself where you have to put your own needs last and meld with and conform to the values of your brothers and sisters. You should really look into it, some people benefit from it in the long run.

I would definitely join the military and fight for the US if the war was one worth fighting. I wouldn't dodge the draft, though, even if it was a war not worth fighting. If the country was in serious danger, I'd try to help. For the time being, the US isn't involved in any wars I would be interested in fighting. That being said, if I was trans, I likely wouldn't join the military in any way, considering that I would be pretty pissed if I spent a while trying to find out who I am and then immediately have to "conform to the values of my brothers and sisters" so they aren't uncomfortable with my gender.

1 up, 4y
Nah, I knew my dad, he just died when I was young. Honestly wasn't the BEST father (and yes, I know I'm perfectly fitting the Lib-Left stereotype right now) but he occasionally tried to be a dad between the national guard and the police force.

Well those people "Probably out burning something down somewhere" Are called BLM protester's and they have good reason to because Joe Biden AND Barron Trump could have did something about all this and yet they decided to sit on there privileged white butt's and give non-ethical speeches about how this nation is falling to ruins when they are the one's who are doing it they are both in the blame so before you come after people like that have solid facts and common sense
