Wow, surprised they allowed this. I half expect it to be taken down before long.

Why? There isn't anything in this that goes against the terms of service.

“Terms of service” don’t protect us.

Each MOD applies them as they see fit... their activism.

There's some leftist mods that will take down anything they find offensive even if it's factual.

that happened to me. I can testify

Trust me, I know.

I guess that’s right, but this isn’t factually correct either.

Read the toxicology report, almost 4x the lethal dose was found in his system.

The only non-factual part is that I made up the dialog based on what libs are saying "Chauvin should have known about his medical condition...."
2 ups, 3y
If it takes 2 officers to hold you down, then you aren't complying.

There's a 45 minute long video - you should watch it. The 5 seconds you saw on CNN doesn't make you an expert.

How would you know?
1 up, 3y
Right, just like asking the FBI to investigate if the FBI did anything wrong.

And the official claim is that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself. Do you believe that?
1 up, 3y
Epstein was murdered by the libs so he couldn’t tell the court which high up a Democrats had been paying him

That's a medical examiner. They don't rule in cases. They can only give their expert opinions on how the victim died, not that the killer was a murderer.

As I have said many times here and on other social media platforms, at best the police officer killed Floyd in the third degree. He killed him, but didn't intend for him to die. First degree felony murder is a tough sell for the prosecutor.

Except the medical examiner specifically says that his opinion is not a legal one.

It specifically says "Manner of death is not a legal determination of culpability or intent, and should not be used to usurp the judicial process."

You can't use it to determine guilt.

Oh wow, I can d this too!

Try reading the stuff he stated above the disclamer, k?
1 up, 3y
Try reading the disclaimer - it specifically states that it is not a legal determination.

So screw off dude, you are wrong doesn’t matter what he said above, it says it has no legal value and can’t be used to usurp judicial process. Disclaimer overrides all above information stupid.

Don't know where you've been for the last couple of months, but SPOILER ALERT: GUILTY!

Thanks for playing!
0 ups, 3y
I know, but it was unfair, and the court was biased and was receiving intense political pressure, which is ILLEGAL and they ignored the disclaim and used the information above to usurp the judicial process. Which is ALSO ILLEGAL. So screw off

How come I suspect that even when schools resume you children won't make up for lost time in your already limited reading comprehension department?
0 ups, 3y
I read a 600 page book and understood every word of it when I was in 1st grade, and I don’t have any kids. Also, the standardized disclaimer still counts even if it is preprinted. But you are already stupid so I wouldn’t expect you to understand that anyway.

That is so awesome. Have mommy nuke you another Pop Tart, child, you earned it.

Too bad for you Chauvin's conviction, like the Coroner's report, still stand.

'night, kid.
0 ups, 3y
The definition of disclaimer is right here
0 ups, 3y
I was wrong it was 208 pages, but in 3rd grade I was COMPREHENDING books 5th graders couldn’t comprehend or really even read
0 ups, 3y
Look up the definition of disclaimer before you write your comments, also the book was Great American Fighter Pilots of World War Two. It was a hard read, butI finished it in a week. It is one of my favorite books now. I don’t have a microwave and I am not a child. The fact you respond with insults already shows I have greater intelligence than you, and am a better person. In case you didn’t see, my IQ is 119. You are more of a child than me, even if you do happen to be older. I am not a child. The court was biased, free Chauvin, Jeffery Epstein didn’t kill him self, and screw off kid.

So his cause of death can’t be used in the legal system? The cause of death is “cardiopulmonary arrest” or a knee on his neck. I don’t even know why there is a trial.
2 ups, 3y
You haven't been watching the trial then.

1. the ME gives an opinion on the cause of death, which is accompanied by a statement that this cannot be used to establish culpability. The ME already testified that Floyd may have died of heart disease and/or overdose.

2. eyewitness testimony (a prosecution witness) stated that the knee was not on his neck, but between his shoulder blades.

The reason there is a trial is so the TRUTH can come out. Otherwise, CNN would get to convict....and we all know their rate of failure.

Facebook would have not even featured it, then would have you banned from commenting and posting anything for a week. I was banned for the third time in a month so I left Facebook for good.

I was put in Fascistbook jail three times and told I was going to FB jail three more times but they never did anything to me.

Regardless I banned them for life by cancelling my account. I decided that their attempts to silence me while selling of mine and everyone else's profile information was not in my best interest.

So I permanently banned Fascistbook by cancelling my account.

Yes, my account was deleted by me one month ago on the 13th. When I deleted my account, it told me it'll be available for thirty days. They practically beg you to stay. Nope.

Anti-semetic???? Fascism started in Italy not Israel. Oh.... You mean Zuckerberg. Okay I get it now. I'm pretty sure Zuckerberg is Jewish in name only. I think he is an atheist.

Hitler and Marx were both Jews and I don't like them either. Does that make me an anti-semite?

Okay, just to be clear, that is Karl Marx. I like Groucho, Harpo, Chico and the lesser known Gummo, Marx. I'm not a fan of Richard Marx's music but I don't dislike him either.

Funny, in the video he was talking - and he lifted his head and turned it the other way.

You should watch the 45 minute video instead of the 3 second clip they show on CNN.
