Check out the table, sort it by year in descending order and there are none since El Paso in 2019 until Boulder this week.

It also depends upon the definition of what a mass shooting is. Different sources produce different results.

There will be a school shooting , they need it to get at least an assault weapons ban passed in the senate, Probably the Wednesday or Friday right before Easter. We cannot restrict access and we can't have the federal government track them. It pretty much leaves the feds to demand local govs create some sort of militia system.

We already have a militia. Have you ever heard of the Selective Service (aka the Draft). If you're over 18 an have a driver's license then you're registered.
