I don't see evidence of that. That "6 hours ago" and "10 hours ago" that you circled in your first reply appear to be referring to the amount of time elapsed since the video was uploaded. Viewed in that manner, one can see that the (non-downvote) numbers between the two frames are consistent with that progression.

So, the video on the right is 4 hours older than the video on the left. That proves that the clock at the top was switched round AND THEREFORE YOU CANNOT USE THAT INFORMATION. It also means that other parts of the image was doctored, probably the number of likes. It also proves that anyone still defending this image is either incredibly gullible or incredibly stupid.
