You dont have to be a crew or pilot to be issued a flight suite. USAF VET here. Medical staff, missile technicians, just to name a few non flying positions. 😲👍

Uniforms for pregnant women I would understand, but by the time your pregnant belly no longer fits into your flight suit, it's time for desk duty.

Female doctors who are pregnant reach a point in gestation where they cannot take commercial flights, same as any other woman.
The idea that pregnant women should be encouraged to ignore their physical limitations to make some political point about gender equality is not only nonsensical, it's dangerous.

Well considering each crew has to be clear by a medical doctor prior to a mission, if the doctor were determine that the troop was fit, I see no issue. I see the point of a midair emergency, but those can occur, in theory, on any flight, regardless of pregnant or not. There are protocols already in place for situations such as those.

At some point a pregnant woman is a liability in a flight emergency depending how far along she is. Should they really be flying? I don’t think so. Reassignment to non flight job is prudent.
