Not only did he make a plan before he took office, they're surpassing the original goal.

"As of 6 a.m. EST Feb. 24, a total of 88,669,035 vaccine doses had been distributed in the U.S., and 66,464,947 had been administered, or 74.96 percent. Additionally, 45,237,143 people had received one or more doses of the vaccine, and 20,607,261 had received the full two doses. That means about 14 percent of the U.S. population had received at least one dose of the vaccine, and about 6 percent had been fully vaccinated."
Before him: (from https://www.cnn.com/2021/01/21/politics/biden-covid-vaccination-trump/index.html)
"Two Covid-19 vaccines were approved for use in the United States before Trump left office. According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, around 16.5 million vaccine doses had been administered as of January 20 -- far short of the last administration's goal of administering 20 million vaccine doses by the end of 2020."
So in the month and 5 days his administration has been on the job, they've gotten some 50 million doses in arms. Pretty impressive, right? And yet, instead of yell-tweeting about how he's the greatest, the best ever, he and his administration are working to do more.

Now, that's presidential!
