According to the dictionary, this is what fascism is

A few timely examples that come to mind:

—Winning elections and then governing according to a voter mandate isn’t fascist.
—Protecting citizens and the democratic process from political terrorism isn’t fascist.
—Seeking to overturn a legitimate election through extralegal means is fascist.
—So is storming the Capitol.

If you ask a 100 people to define Fascism you will get 100 different answers.

I just stick with what the Father of Fascism, Benito Mussolini, said it was. It was his version of Socialism. Nothing more and nothing less. It was represented by a bundle of sticks (fasci) tied together along with a war axe. The sticks bundled together as one are the people in a collective.

Mussolini wasn't so much concerned with race or national origin. He was more interested if you were an Italian citizen.

His version of Socialism still took property rights away from the people but he did allow business owners to keep running their businesses. This prompted Stalin to call Mussolini a right-winger and thus that is where the myth that Fascism is a right-wing ideology began. The only difference between Lenin (who called himself a Democratic Socialist) and Stalin (who called himself an International Socialist) and Mussolini is that when the Bolsheviks took over Russia they kicked farmers off their land and business owners out of their businesses. As a result everyone nearly starved to death the first year after the Communists took over. Mussolini saw a flaw in that but Stalin didn't care about that because people were expendable.

Some people like to say that the Nazis were Fascists but Nazis were National Socialists. Hitler was in awe of Mussolini until he met him. Once they met he realized that Mussolini was much smarter than him and his awe turned to jealous hatred.

So Fascism, in that respect, is just another heavily Marx inspired version of Socialism.

It's definition has morphed in more recent times. To the left it is no longer Socialism but anyone who does not march in lock step with them. If you think for yourself you run the risk of being called a fascist, racist, sexist, homophobe, or some other name that more than likely does not apply. In other words the left pretty much fits the original definition of what a Fascist is.

And that is what got Mussolini killed by the Italian Socialists. He let businesses have too much control over their businesses.

If you are going by the classical definition of liberal vs conservative then you are right about Hitler. But those roles were reversed at the beginning of the Progressive Era. Mainly because the idea of liberty rung so well with American citizens the Progressives began to call themselves Liberals. Essentially that is why there is a Libertarian Party today. Socialism is not liberty, therefore, it is not liberal in the classic Thomas Hobbes definition. It never was.

In the John Locke definition liberalism cannot have a strong state presence because mankind is basically good and has no use for a strong state. This is the liberalism of Thomas Jefferson.

Today conservative means we want to conserve what Jefferson, Washington, Franklin, Madison, etc risks their lives for. We too believe in a weak state presence. A very limited government with strict controls placed on it by the Constitution. We no longer have that. It has been perverted by narcissists seeking more power and control.

So when you call Nazis "conservatives", I agree with you in the classical definition. They were. They believe that man must be controlled because they will not act in the best interest of society.

No conservative today believes that. We believe that man is basically good and does not need shackles to make them behave. No liberal today believes that. That is why liberal promote the idea that every white person is born a racist. You may or may not believe that but that idea is promoted by the left. The idea is to force one group to stop being the "oppressor". It is Marx's Bourgeoisie vs Proletariat argument cast as whites vs non-whites. Man vs woman. Straight vs Gay. For every "protected" group by the left there is an oppressor group. The only way to stop the oppressor is by force.

The problem with that mythology is there is no oppressed vs oppressor groups. The only oppressed groups in this country are no longer oppressed other than by the false narrative of the left. The worst oppression being practiced in this country is convincing people they are oppressed and destroying their hope.

And the left's solution to end this oppression is always a strong authoritarian government.

No conservative wants a strong authoritarian government. We want freedom and we want it for everyone. If one is not free then no one is free.

That is not a revision to history. The revision is to say that they were NOT all Socialists.

What does every Socialist say when they are questioned about past versions of Socialism? "They did it wrong, we'll get it right this time". What happens if those Socialists are contemporary? "Those guys are doing it wrong, we're doing it the right way."

The difference between Socialists and normal human beings is that those two statements are followed by war.

The war is already being waged in America. The Democrats (Socialists) are shutting down conservatives free speech everywhere they can. The House introduced HR 1 the Democrat protection act wherein voter fraud will be legal from now on as long as it benefits the Democrats. You will be able to register online without any type of identification check other than the last 4 digits of you SSN, and that won't be validated. Convicted felons will be allowed to vote. Illegals will not be questioned about their national origin. Voter roles cannot be purged of dead people without jumping through a lot of hoops. Same day voter registration will be legal. Plus a whole lot more.

Will this bill pass? In a heartbeat. If Democrats are so eager to invent charges that are not crimes and invent scandals that never happened to impeach Trump then I have no doubt whatsoever that they will pass this in the House and the Senate. Then it will be placed on Biden's desk and he will be told to sign it.

Many Democrats what to put Trump supporters in re-education camps. One House Rep wants to prevent Trump supporters from entering the military or holding federal jobs.

Amazon kicked Parler off of their servers because someone on Parler said something Amazon does not like. Parler and by extension Amazon are public forums. Public forums, under the law, are exempt from prosecution for any reason for what their subscribers post. This protects them copyright infringement and a bunch of other stuff. In other words Amazon could not be prosecuted for anything anyone said on Parler. They were at no legal risk. They kicked Parler off because of ideological prejudice.

Amazon, FB, Twitter, Google and Apple are all part of this corporate Socialism cabal. They are helping the government destroy our most basic freedoms.

And the left is cheering them on because they don't understand freedom. They do not see them voting it out of existence. All they see is an attack on conservatives, whom they have been brainwashed to hate.

Well already, in Biden's first 72 hours, he killed 75,000+ jobs by killing the Keystone Pipeline. Canada is pissed at us for that. This is because Dems have invested heavily in rail delivery of oil and the pipeline cut into their profits. It was never about the environment or the Native Americans.

Before the election Biden chose (or it was chosen for him) the World Economic Forums slogan for the Great Reset as his campaign slogan, "Build Back Better". The Great Reset is the collapsing of the global economy. If that happens in the next 4 years I imagine how fun that will be when the world's currency no longer has any value and no one can afford to buy food and that is if they can even get food to the stores. If the money is worthless the entire world comes to a grinding halt immediately. And with Socialist planning this thing I sure that is going to not go smoothly and will last decades before they can get their heads out of their butts and realize that they have been the problem all along (if they ever are able to think that deeply).

Then there is just the general fact that the Democrat Party are all or nearly all Socialists and Socialism does not allow individual liberty and private property rights. But then you cannot have individual liberty without private property rights. If someone else owns everything you have then you are beholden to them. A slave.

So I wouldn't say that my fears are "faked". I would be more apt to say why doesn't any of that scare the crap out of your?

There are 3 types of people in the world. Those who seek to control everyone else. Those who want to be controlled. And those who just want to be left alone so that they can live their own lives. If you are going to refer to Trump as Dear Leader you are going to have to start with Obama. Open opened the door to the executive branch being able to circumvent congress and create laws through executive orders and executive actions. Obama was the first dictator. Trump used the executive orders to actually reverse many of Obama's unconstitutional executive orders. I am not saying Trump was perfect because he wrote a few as well.

Not all execute orders are evil. Only the ones that create law because ONLY Congress can create law. The reason is because they are supposed to be our representatives and are supposed to represent what we would think would be a good law or not.

Biden is off to a very good dictatorial start... sort of. Someone is writing executive orders for him and he just signs them. In doing so he has killed over 20,000 jobs.

So you can call Trump "Dear Leader" all you want but Obama was a Communist dictator and puppet Biden is being told to rule as a Socialist. Whomever is pulling Biden's strings should be called "Der Fuhrer."

Politics is the fine art of exploiting fears of the other.

Trump did this with Birtherism, then the Mexico Wall, Fake News, Blue Staters, the Deep State, and of course, denizens from outhouse worthy countries that weren't Norway.

You refer to Washington and Jefferson in succession as if they were for the same thing. Washington was a Federalist who stood for big centralized goverment and Jefferson created the Democrat Party in order to stand against this in favor of more localized governance.

If you find what you rallied behind for four years so flexible, at least keep your history on our Founding Fathers straight.

And yet there are many things in life to fear. If I lived in Germany in the 1920's I would fear the rise of Adolf Hitler. If I lived in Russia in 1917 I would fear the Bolsheviks.

If I lived in America in 1776 I would fear that England was becoming more and more controlling.

Instead I live in 2021 and I fear losing my freedom at the hands of people who have no clue what they are supporting. So because of that fear I react to it and try to educate what the real American history has taught us. Not the fabricated history that promotes more government control. American history has been changing since President Woodrow Wilson because those who crave power and control fear when people are free to live their own lives as they choose. That is the state of mankind. There has always been those who want and demand the control of other people. There has always been those who fear decisions and want someone to control them. And then there are the rest of us who just want to be left alone.

I do not need your control nor do I want it. If you believe that you need to be controlled their will always be nations who thrive on controlling their citizens.

Yes, there is Classical Liberalism and Classical Conservatism. Those definitions reversed in the early 20th century. It was done at the command of a movement that became very popular in the United States. A movement that openly supported Mussolini, Hitler and Stalin. They looked up to them as men of the future. They changed the definitions.

Those are historical facts that can be verified. Just because you don't like what I said does not change the fact. If you voted for Biden then you stand with those in the early 20th century who praised the worst of mankind as the men of the future.

Those who voted for Trump do not necessarily all stand with the founding fathers. I do but many in the Republican party would follow whatever a Republican would tell them. When Obama's spending went out of control many of those Republicans criticized Obama. When Trump was president he spent money just as much as Obama but those Republicans who criticized Obama praised Trump.

I demand small and extremely limited government. I don't need the government for anything other than what the Constitution has limited them to. I demand that everyone in this country have equal freedom and that freedom must be far greater than what those who seek to control and those who seek to be control do not want people like me to have.
