Conscious racism is when you deliberately commit acts of racism. This is the least common form currently. It also is what we will be calling racism for the time being

Unconscious racism is when a racist idea has engrained itself so much into a society that it is almost impossible to get rid of it. It is often a lot more subtle and can range from larger things like Tom Robinson losing his case and just being slightly more of a dick to a certain race or ethnicity. The kind that just involves being slightly more of a dick to certain races or ethnicities doesn't really matter. However, things like losing your job because of a few bad days, being turned down in favour of someone else with less expertise or knowledge, etc.

Lets say that, for context of my original question, the black people claiming that Hispanic people are taking their jobs, do not even know where that Hispanic person works. Because you are making excuses to defend black people that go out accusing Hispanic people of taking their jobs. I can talk from experience, as a Hispanic person who lived in a city where the majority are black people, Memphis TN, and even at church (a black church) I felt the racial discrimination because I was Hispanic. So, will that give me the right to form my own group, lets say Latinos Lives Matter, and go after black people that discriminate against Latinos?
