That's quintessential capitalism. If I make flour by grinding grain between two rocks and trade if for clothes someone else made, I didn't make the rocks, but I made the rocks and the grain more valuable with my production. The people who made the pots and pans controlled their means of production, the hair stylist didn't make the scissors, but controls the quality and volume of his or her work, the lawnmower kid shouldn't have to mine the minerals, refine the gas and build a lawnmower from scratch every time he wants to work.
In a vibrant free economy, workers are at liberty to go where they want to work for what they are willing to earn, not so much when the govt chokes an industry like Obama did with his policies to oil, gas and coal.
