Honestly, I'm with you on here. Call me stupid or whatever, but i enjoy listening to Ben Shapiro, and he made a good case against the Texas suit before it was turned down. He explained that if the Supreme Court could let some states boss others around through them, it destroys our system of mini-states, which should do more than the federal government, making the country less prone to fracturing over disagreements. It would turn us into a direct democracy, giving no representation to anyone unless they live in a city.

For example, California could sue Alabama over anti-abortion laws and silence the actual residents in Alabama. New york could sue west virginia over crime laws.

Chief Justice John Roberts is failing to do his job as a United States Supreme Court Chief Justice. This is why he is the "Chief Injustice" to the United States Supreme Court in our day. Plus, he secretly planned with Justice Stephen Breyer to take down President Donald Trump. Anyone who does that causes insurrection to their own country.

How has he failed to do his job? And do you have any evidence of that last claim?
