I hear you, but if there were an issue with your understanding of the Constitution that would prevent you from recognizing if Donald Trump had issues with the Consitutional legality of some of his policies, would you be able to recognize that issue?

If public health ordinances were completely Constitutional, would you be able to recognize that you made a mistake here? Maybe the spelling mistake is sympomatic of a much deeper mistake that you are trying to promote.

With the sole exception of Clinton who let’s be real was impeached over a BJ, not over an actual constitutional violation, there were no impeachments of any of those Presidents.

So if they were violating the constitution, then apparently, members of Congress didn’t see it that way. And if congressmen did see violations of the Constitution and failed to act, then they were violating their own oaths to the Constitution.

More likely, you simply don’t know how to spot a real constitutional violation. Also; if you can’t spot any Trump constitutional violations despite all the testimony that went into the House’s 658-page impeachment report.

Tl;dr — No, you don’t get to vaguely equate past presidents to Trump. He’s on a whole other galaxy of abuse of office and the only one who comes close is Nixon.

Trump is pretty much like Nixon. He withdrew American troops from Asia and didn't get America involved in new wars around the world.

He is also like Clinton. His opponents tried to get rid of him by impeaching him but failed.

But unlike Nixon, no criminal charges have been raised against him. And unlike Clinton he didn't misuse his office to get laid.

Sitting Presidents can’t be indicted per OLC guidance. The fact it hasn’t happened yet is therefore inconclusive.
