They don't have to do that. They just have to rule that all the votes will be audited and disputed votes will be redone by the original voter.

There isn't enough time left to do that, and it also wouldn't address the grievances as you cannot tell which ballots were allowed to be illegality cured or counted without proper supervision by poll watchers.

The 90+ % turnouts are there for sure, that's like 40 or 50% above norms. I believe it says the 6 items are the more common forms not that all 6 forms of fraud will be occuring to mean fraud has taken place.

2020 had an overall large turnout; that's a pretty flimsy argument. The only other one that really applies is delays in the results - and that's because of the large number of mail-in ballots.
