This didn't age well. I did tell you the Supreme Court wouldn't pick this appeal up, didn't I?

Actually it did, but they did turn down the injunction, but not the trial.

Now you're just making stuff up. SCOTUS said appeal denied. You said an appeal was something Trump could arrange, but you were wrong. Again.

Nope, read the ruling. The appeal wasn't denied. The injunction was denied.

And with that one sentence, SCOTUS's involvement in the case ended. The appeal is dead. You were wrong. Again.

Why don't you just look it up. There are now over 17 states suing the swing states. The only thing that's dead was the injunction to delay the assigning of the electors. The rest of the lawsuits are still all on the way. How many times have you been wrong now? 20? 30? First you said it would end in the lower court, then you said there would be no appeal, then you said it wouldn't reach the higher courts and then you said it would never reach the Supreme Court. Then you said all the republican cases were Trumps. Just do some research please!

THAT IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT CASE, first of all. You didn't say "Texas will sue Pennsylvania" - you said the Pennsylvania case would be picked up by SCOTUS and THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. YOU WERE WRONG ABOUT THAT. AGAIN.

You're misquoting me left right and center. I was very clear on this: you can ask for an appeal, anyone can - doesn't mean SCOTUS will accept the appeal. They didn't. Because the whole case is garbage.

And SCOTUS won't take this case either. Texas doesn't have standing to dispute Pennsylvania's election laws! The swing states did not affect how Texas ran their election! THIS WILL NOT WORK.

You're wrong AGAIN! You've been nothing but wrong about this from the start. And it's past time you realize that I am not the one who needs to do research: YOU ARE.

So you admit to subversion, and dictatorship control. It won't happen. Plus these four know that they wouldn't live long enough to see the inauguration. Over 80 Million voters would see to that.
Enjoy your fantasy.

This means nothing. More misdirection.

It means, they pick which judges are assigned to which cases and they decide if appeals are upheld. Please learn US law.

US Law? What does US law have to do with this? And are you a Constitutional lawyer? If not then sit down. You're like gnat.
All I see is the judges you mentioned being assigned to districts that encompass circuits like Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia. But that has nothing to do with your meme. They are not preparing anything nor does your article show that they are.
Plus, they would either choose to not hear the cases or even rule against tRUMPf.
Plus he would have to overturn 3 big states to even have a chance.

You are literally grasping at straws.

Please learn how to turn cogent thoughts into logical arguments.
SMH.

So as I've said all along, you are guilty of spreading misinformation for the sole intent of creating misdirection and division. Congrats.

Read the freakin' article. They spell it out in plain English. We can now bypass the lower courts and go directly to the SCOTUS with our grievances.
