Video games does cause violence, it makes your brain more used to violent things like playing GTA 5. You won't even notice it either, my 11 year old brother was always talking about shooting people in the head and shit like that (I'm 14 by the way). It does make you more violent but it's not like you will be violent. It just makes you more used to guns and blood and gore. Also video games is a waste of time unless you're super bored. It's just an endless loop of consumerism. The only good time to play is when you have nothing to and are really bored. Though video games is way to damn addicting.

Firstly I'm not even going to go on about the tons of the spelling mistakes you made. (The ones that make you look like 4 instead of 14.) But, secondly, and more importantly, It depends on the video game your playing. GTA, I have to agree with, is a very violent game. (I'm questioning why you let your 11 year old brother near it) But games like Minecraft, (Which has very little violence, no blood or gore, just a mob turning red and eventually turning into smoke, items and experience points, if you hit it enough, AND are more appropriate for your 11 year old sibling.) I have seen no proof of mentally unstable or violent people due to playing. Finally, as long as your more-mentally-mature-than-you brother keeps the "Shooting people in the head and shit like that" in the context of the game, It should be fine. If he actually says "I'm going to shoplift a Matbea 6 revolver and shoot the next person, in the head, that so much as looks at me the wrong way." Then you have a problem.

Minecraft doesn't make you violent I will agree, also I don't care much for grammar on this site so please don't correct those for me. Overall video games is something you should use when you're bored and nothing to do. Don't let it chain you and make you an addict.

The problem with your statement is that let’s say your playing gta like you said it’s not like someone is just gonna think “oh,I should go by a gun and do what these characters do in this game”it does not make you do violent thing and if someone think’s they could do what the people in the game with guns and stuff there crazy also you can’t only just play video games when your super bored you could play them and time because if it’s a game you like you would play it whenever you can.

I had said it doesn't make people do violent things, I had said it makes your mind more violent since it will become accustomed to the violence. Video games provides no actual value. Outside activities are more fun because it pumps you with actual dopamine. I love video games but me playing sports with my friends always makes me happier than video games. You have to admit that whenever you get off a video game you don't feel good. That's because video games provide a temporary happiness while physical activities make your mind more calm and satisfies your body.
