Ur correct, when this meme stated to vote on 11/4 & I meant that they can do it by mail still, from what I remember one state was giving something like 7 more days and the state appellate upheld it....the other interesting thing is after the new hunter relevations the high # of google searches re changing a mail in vote and that some states allow it...crazy stuff !

I meant the meme as a joke but after posting I realized that the joke has to a large extent become a sad reality :-(
