The employees at the McDonald's I went to this week were wearing face shields and gloves. Think I'll wear a hazmat suit for handing out Halloween candy this year :)
Ya know, usually I can at least see what it is you're thinking to see where you went wrong, but this....I don't even know what point you're trying to make.
Ohhhhhhhhhh, I see. YOU think that cause children aren't a part of the workforce (as a result of child labor laws) you think that they should not participate in any kind of event or holiday with other people.
Yeah, that's stupid XD

Do you know how the immune system works? It's not like infants/toddlers are going out

yeah i know how the immune system works, what im saying is that adults will wear a mask more, hand sanitize, and wear gloves more and be more mindful about covid
We already know that less than 1% of people will be hospitalized with it at any age. We also know that most people (that is age 50 or less) will have a 0.03% chance of dying from it. You only need 70-90% immunity to have herd immunity.
You need to do some studying on how the immune system works and on how corona viruses work.
Your body fights of corona viruses all the time and by doing that they record the viruses signature and then fight off anything that match it very easily. Once you do that you are immune until it mutates enough that it doesn't have the same signature. I'm simplifying it for you.
Corona viruses mutate and then spread because it no longer matches the signature in our immune systems.
Herd immunity is when the most vulnerable are protected because the virus has no way of spreading to them through contact with others of the same species. It usually takes between 70% and 90% natural (not artificial) immunity among animals in the same herd.
