People in the administration, who publicly tell the truth these days, tend to be unemployed before long. That can have a chilling effect on those with children and mortgages, who are near retirement. When I did internal investigations for the government, an older colleague said to me, "The truth and lies have different "smells." These allegations "smell," like many other documented spewings of President Pandemic. The Atlantic report "smells," like the truth. None of the Republicans I know personally, say that they cannot imagine him saying what was reported. It smells like the truth to them, too.

You want to be believed here and hide your identity. If you are not willing to tell the truth about who you are, no one should believe or care about what you say. There is something you are not willing to tell us? What is it?

You shouldn't believe any story from anyone with anonymous sources. When a leftist media outlet says the sky is blue, I have to look outside to check. They've been caught lying so often anything they say is suspect. The media that is centrist or right leaning has a much better reputation.

Fox News is owned by a Right-Wing Extremist Immigrant. One of their reporters has claimed to have verified at least part of the Atlantic story. What's your excuse there? I can't wait for the pearls of wisdom.

For those who know nothing about Journalistic Ethics, Anonymous sources are vetted and their information is verified to avoid Libel Lawsuits. In this case four sources are cited. If President Pandemic can disprove what they said, why has he not filed a lawsuit against them? If he did, he would have to swear, under oath. That would put him in legal jeopardy. He knows the difference between publicly swearing he did not do something and doing it in a deposition.
