Looks like self defense. Reporter on the scene said he didn’t shoot anybody It was someone else who shot the other guy and then they started chasing him saying he shot someone.

The only logical answer is that the leftists wanted this. They had the police stand down and allow the riots, therefore Americans defend themselves from the violent-mobs of racist-Antifa and racist-BLMers(that think they deserve to destroy everything because raysisms), then when Americans defend themselves, the Leftists prosecutors are ready to legally destroy Americans that defend themselves.
