I think it does, although there is not much in place (other than parental oversight that I'm sure does not happen much) to keep young people from viewing more mature content here. I dont know how that would be better controlled, but it would start with age restrictions on memebership (see what I did there?), which again is as easy to bypass as a "are you over 18" button on a site that advertises tobacco or firearms. I've seen users as young as 8yo on here, which not only breaks terms of service but is just way too young for kids to have free reign on teh interwebz period.
