Just not steaks, wines, vodka, deodorants, perfumes, bottled water, vitamin kits with urine test, pillows, clothes, home decor, and board games. The only thing he can sell is pieces of his soul. Not much of that left now so, it's value has gone up apparently despite the low demand.

Though, the real estate thing is kind of funny. He literally does loan out his name to buildings, that he doesn't own, or maintain. But yes, he does own some of those buildings and, presumably, makes money off of the tenants and guests.
