Whether or not if the pepper balls used on the protesters was literally tear gas is irrelevant and semantic. They both serve the same purpose, which is to irritate the eyes of protestors in order to disperse the crowd. Also regarding my use of “boi”, up until this point I had no idea that “boi” actually had a different meaning. I always thought that it was just “boy” but purposely misspelled. That’s ignorance on my part. I only used it in my username as a filler word bc “bob the builder” was already taken. You can keep ridiculing me if you want idrc.

The actual purpose was to dispel the "peaceful protesters"(bullshit) and it worked. Tear gas wasn't necessary, as the protesters were already crying. They have been crying since 5NOV16.

The things is, both serve the same purpose, so the differences between them is irrelevant and the crime wouldn’t be reduced if the weapon changed. This logic can be applied here. If pepper balls serve the same exact purpose as the tear gas, the minute differences between the two are wholly irrelevant. Also, multiple reporters and witnesses saw that the protestors were peaceful. If the violence was somehow righteous and justified, why would episcopal leaders from the church itself condemn the attack on protestors?

All the criticism that I’ve seen regarding people saying that all lives matter IS that black lives matter along with other races. If I underestimated the amount of people in the BLM movement who legitimately believe that only black lives matter, than that’s my fault.
