It doesn't need to be and won't be hashed out in court. Biden has 10 women who have publicly called him out, 1 for rape (digital penetration)...that should mean FIND A NEW CANDIDATE. You don't use criminal law levels of due process here, it's politics, and Biden's base gives a damn about this issue. Trump's base DOESN'T care...Trump could be shown on video raping women and the MAGA cult wouldn't even blink. But the Democratic Party claims to give a damn about sexual assault and rape...so they need to pull Joe or lose what very little respect ANYBODY has for them.

So, the answer is simple. If you're a fan of Trump. Vote for Trump. Not a fan of Trump? Vote for Biden. Not a fan of Biden? Vote for Trump. Not a fan for either? Don't vote at all but don't expect your vote to count. Want your vote to count but not a fan for either? Vote for Biden. It at least stops Trump from having 4 more years.

I have never missed a single vote in my life, even locally. I have never voted for a Republican, but I do not always vote for the Democrat. If the DNC wants my vote this year, they need to earn it. They haven't done that, or even tried. But I will vote.
