What we now know, as a result of the investigation into the Russian Hoax Investigation, is that the DNC paid for Russian disinformation in the Steele Dossier. Then the Russian disinformation was used to obtain surveillance warrants against Carter Page, even though the FBI knew Page was a CIA source. Then we find out that Flynn had been railroaded into a plea deal by the Government withholding exculpatory evidence and they interviewed him with the intent to entrap him.

It wasn't a hoax, since the investigation found that indeed there was Russian meddling - and it is still occuring this very minute.

Meddling happens every election. We known Russia has been trying to interfere in our elections since the sixties. It's not new. The investigation was over collusion. Which was a hoax that resulted in decent Americans having their civil liberty trampled on by their own government becaused they dared to work in a certain Presidential campaign.

We do know this disgraceful act happened. On the World's stage, no less, Helsinki, Putin's word over the FBI.

The US & Russia have been meddling with each other going back to Wilson sending troops to fight in their civil war, and the USSR later backing US Communist parties & movements.
That, and whatever allegiance anyone has to whatever party, politician, whatever, does NOT excuse it.

No one is excusing it. They interfered, I admitted it. But that wasn't the purpose of the investigation. IT WAS TO DETERMINE IF TRUMP COLLUDED.

And the intelligent agencies Trump questioned turned out be acting in a corrupt manner. Why should they be trusted? Withholding Brady material from witnesses, working to entrap them, covering up their acts. Its insane.

Not a pip about what Trump said in Helsinki (his motives/reasoning), nor the 6 (is it, or more by now?) secret meetings with Putin witnessed by only a translator and whose transcripts might be loacked away or even destroyed.

Do more reading. The FBI, in its own notes, admits it had no reason to continue Operation Razor (the investigation of Flynn) but Strzok kept the investigation going anyways. This is FALSE PRETENSE...The same goes with Carter Page, who the FBI knew was a CIA asset, and they violated his civil rights by using a campaign document to justify the FISA warrant to monitor him. Then they didn't disclose that the FBI knew the Steele Dossier was not credible FISA court in subsequent renewals.

Then you jump to a red herring of the Emoluments Clause, which has nothing to do with the Russia Investigation, and you ignore that Emoluments Clause lawsuit has BEEN TOSSED OUT BY THE COURTS. The courts decided the issue. Not Trump.

Rushed in? The Dems had been planning an impeachment trial since before a Trump was sworn in. If Pelosi was so reluctant, why did she go through with it even though the a House vote to impeach was totally partisan - something she earlier said shouldn’t happen. She could have gotten out of it by standing by her own words since the only thing bipartisan with the impeachment trial was the vote not to impeach.

That doesn't mean OTHER LAWSUITS weren't filed. There were three emoluments lawsuits in various states, all were dismissed.

Meuller had a hard time remembering what he was PERMITTED to say.
The report was heavily redacted, and he was given a list of what he was allowed to and not to address.
Thus he had to check before answering questions about specific details.

Oh, and anyone who thinks he personallly and soley investigated, compiled, authored and memorized the details of that report needs some smelling salt and a bucket of coffee.

The Mueller Report clearly states there it never established that members of the Trump campaign colluded with Russia either knowing or unknowingly.

Go read the report.

If memory serves correct it was a precedence set by the Justice Dept back in the 70s that resulted in the "a sitting president cannot be indicted" that you are referring to as not being allowed to bring charges however that would not apply to treason.

As for said charges I could be wrong about this but I remember looking it up and they weren't for Russian collision, Mueller was referring to potential charges for obstruction and weather Trump's actions rose to that level or not...that is what Mueller was talking about when he said he wasn't going to be charging Trump with a crime.

Funny how CNN/MSNPC seemingly left out the part that Mueller's potential charges were for obstruction and implied that they were for Russian collision.
