No. The Wuhan lab didn't pay anything. They just have a name on a paper IF what you said about that researcher is even correct (and you're not doing well on accuracy so far). Putting your name on a paper could be something as simple as you answered an email with a technical question on it - different teams have different rules about that, but the person in charge is the person whose name comes first in the author list.
