One day we'll have procedures to transplant babies to those that can't get pregnant or to virtual wombs and then this will be a non issue, but for now they are killing babies, not "their own bodies". If a mother refuses to feed her children she goes to jail. Same principle applies here. I'm pro birth control (the non baby killing kind) by the way, such is the proper way to deal with this.
