I don’t consider that to be an abortion for precisely those reasons.
We define death as the cessation of both brainwave activity and a heartbeat, so ...
No brain activity + beating heart = person is still considered alive
Active brain + no heartbeat = still person can still be revived, not fully dead yet, but close
No brain activity + no heartbeat = doorknob
These idiots who claim to die and either “go to heaven” or say that “Gawd showed hell to me and it skeered me so bad I decided to start goin’ ta church” and then later claim that the Lawd sent them back to earth with their message ... may have had their hearts stop for a short time in a car accident, drug OD, or on the operating table but their brains really never stopped (although I’m tempted to debate that with myself due to how stupid they are). Once a person truly dies, cellular necrosis begins to take place and that is an irreversible process. Sorry widows son in the Old Testament. Sorry Lazarus. Sorry Jesus. Sorry guy who fell out of the window listening to Paul preach. The world doesn’t work that way. And other than fanatical disciples and raving believers claiming it does, people don’t really believe that load of crap.
