Trump also has under his belt 5 of the largest single point increases...nice of you to ignore that...oh and Obama only had 3 of the largest, despite being in office for more than twice the time Trump has been

Red Herring...we are talking about single day point increases, not aggregate increases. Trump has nearly twice as many despite being in office only half as long.

You brought up the topic of single day points...When its pointed out to you that Trump far out performs Obama, you suddenly don't care about single day results, and instead want to move the goalpost.

You are the dumbf**k bringing up %. So do the math and tell me Trump's vs Obama's. go ahead it might make you cry.

Trump's been in office for 3.14yrs and the small cap S&P600 is negative and the mid cap S&P400 is up a total of 1.5% haahhahahhahhahahahhahha
Dow is up less than 30% in 3+ f**king yrs.

You tired of winning yet? I sure the f**k am
3 ups, 5y,

What do you think you have won? You haven't proven anything other than the fact that you cherry pick data to goalseek a narrative. You tried it here, you lost.

You're also making a foolish comparison with Trump vs Obama on CAGR..why? Because Obama started at a trough (sorry, thats a low point for idiots) while Trump's analysis period begins at a peak. So you are comparing to fundamentally different starting points. It would make more sense to compare Obama's peak to the previous stock market peak which occured under Bush, this way you are comparing high water mark to high water mark and not low water mark to high watermark vs trumps high water mark to high water mark

BAHAHAHHAHA No....When you have large changes in the baseline index from one time point to another, an analysis of the nominal change (point fluctuations) is not relevant. This is why we examine the PERCENTAGE CHANGE in GDP and not increase in NOMINAL DOLLARS of GDP.

so which single issue are you? abortion? guns?

republicans love single issue voters.

it's the economy dumbass and the economy works better with a dem in the whitehouse. explain it away again an again.

better economic policies that lead to vastly better stock market performance isn't a single issue. hahhhhaahahah too f**king dense to realize that fact

So you are saying, AGAIN, that I should be a single issue voter, but that republicans love single issues?

You can't even form a logical sentence.

Yeah you are a single issue voter and go through all these machinations to justify your choice.

You do realize Trump is prochoice and only claims to be prolife to gain those single issue voters?
2 ups, 5y,
2 replies
You do realize Presidents don't pass legislation or make laws? So he couldnt affect the issue directly.

Indirectly however, he could impact the issue through the courts by appointing pro life judges, which he has done by the dozens.

Further he campaigns on behalf of pro life law makers.

Once again we can plainly see you are incapable of an in-depth analysis of pretty much any topic, and are only capable of examining the surface and making anecdotal and irrelevant comments.

You constantly misconstrue and why you are a single issue voter.

No dumbf**k I never said you should only vote for prochoice candidates.

I said those that only vote on one issue are stupid. The economy isn't a single issue as it affects practically everything.

Admit it you are a single issue voter and will f**k yourself just as long as your one issue is met.
2 ups, 5y,

Yes actually it is. The economy is considered a single issue. The economy covers multiple facets such as employment, productivity, GDP all of which make the single issue of the economy.

You just have zero clue what you are talking about.

It is a fact. every republican president going back to eisenhower has had a recession.
only one dem had a recession of 6 months long and that was Carter.

9 of the last 10 recessions had a republican president.

FACTS. You don't need an economist to confirm easily verifiable FACTS

you wan't to make excuses for your republican, oh this is why reagan had a recession and this is why both Bush's had recessions.
3 ups, 5y
A correlation between variables, however, does not automatically mean that the change in one variable is the cause of the change in the values of the other variable. Causation indicates that one event is the result of the occurrence of the other event; i.e. there is a causal relationship between the two events.

I am not making excuses. You are offering two variables and claiming a change in one CAUSES the a change in the other. Not a single historian, economist or financial expert concurs with your simplistic analysis.
