I remember getting under my school desk for civil defense drills in case the Russkies dropped "the big one".

Some people are old enough to remember when Russia was our friend and Japan and Germany were the enemies. But Russia is CERTAINLY not our "friend" at the moment.

For decades, the American left though Russia was just swell - (when they were the USSR, corrupt SOCIALISTS) Bernie was an especially big fan, but now they say they don't like Russia at all. Hmm,funny how that works.
