with +1°C yes, but we are rather aiming at a correct +5°C, which will kinda be a symmetry of the glacial era. Maybe mammoth and tigers going extinct is no big deal, but just like in ice age, you can expect some large scale migration. I hope closing frontiers will be enough to solve this.
