I understand the frustration. A neighbor came here from Guatemala over ten years ago and still won't try to speak English. Her husband says she doesn't feel she has to since the people at the health dept. and food stamp office provide an interpreter. I don't get it. If you're going to move to another country, I think it behooves you to learn the language used by the majority of the populace and in official documents.
