It's fun - try it yourself. The next time you hear a liberal utter the words "fair share", stop the conversation and demand they define what is "fair". THEY. WON'T. DO. IT.
This goes hand-in-hand with all liberals hating benchmarks. If we measured and defined all government programs, we would have all the data we would need to see their utter failure to achieve the stated goal, and terminate the program(s). The single best thing that would eliminate liberalism in America would be a Constitutional amendment requiring a sunset clause on every law that spends so much as a $1. If it doesn't attain the stated goal in the stated time-frame it is impossible for Congress to keep the program going and the money is automatically cut off.
