This. Memes are fun, points and upvotes are useless really but nice I guess, but it's the notification icon that I like to see. That means someone took the time to leave me a comment and another chance to banter back and forth with friends. Admittedly I haven't had much time to post or comment lately, but it's still my favorite part about the site.

Yeah but this notification is still useful for when your roleplaying. that's the only reason I have it on. though it doesn't work for images that your hosting

I just get them only for replies also, was like that since I signed up.

Yes, I turned them on and it helps me do the thing with my friends

Pretty much what RYKAHNE said. There were a lot of users I was friends with, but most of them are now gone. One of them, DeedsterDoo, did return to say hi after a long time, but that's it.

Of the old users still here, there's only Octavia (there are likely other people as well, but I can't remember right now. Of the users I got aquainted with relatively recently, there are Timidy, Thparky, Sydney, Kikimora, and of course, you, Katie.

As far as memes go, the vast majority of the ones on here are pretty low tier (including my own). However there's quite a few users on here that I would consider friends. If not for the connections I've made on here, I probably would have deleted my account a long time ago

FOR ME IT USED TO BE THE PEOPLE. I HAD ALOT OF FUN WITH SOME REALLY COOL PEOPLE ON HERE. NOW MOST OF THEM HAVE NOT SUBMITTED IN A WHILE, SO THAT SUCKS. NOW DAYS THERE IS ALOT OF NEGATIVITY, PEOPLE AREN'T AS FUN ANYMORE. TOO MANY LITTLE KIDS. LATELY I'VE JUST BEEN SUBMITTING PICS THAT I'VE HAD ON MY PC FOR YEARS. JUST TRYING TO CLEAR OUT. I MAY BE ABOUT DONE WITH THIS SITE.
