So he withheld the aid because of "corruption".. Corruption aka please investigate the Bidens because I believe they are corrupt..? Did he come to some agreement with other countries about paying their fair share?
Ukraine is notoriously corrupt on many levels and has been for a long time, that corruption and not Quid Pro Joe's extortion. I do wonder if other countries have stepped up to pay more, as this wouldn't be the first time Trump withheld money for that reason.

It's possible. I worked as a manager for a diesel train parts warranty program and met plenty of drivers. I'd say about 1 out of 10 had severe drug and alcohol problems, and another 3 out of 10 were mentally deficient. It's hard to imagine self-destructive stupidity, but the left is a testament to it.
