From my understanding it’s not a legal requirement to hold a vote. So tough shit.

It is if you want an actual impeachment. You can pretend to impeach as long as the public allows it, which is all that's happening.

You are 100% correct Trump isn’t going anywhere. Just like Hillary is never going to be locked up.

But right and left wingers keep touching themselves believing stupid crap.

"It's Not a Legal Requirement."

but from the same people complaining that Trump isn't co-operating/complying; you'd think that they'd WANT to go above and beyond the "Legal Requirements"

whether in the guise of observing precedent or simply to silence 'this' band of Critics to make their case stronger...

Yet in your posts you've Repeatedly dismissed the call as "Tough Shit"... it seems you do care for one way

Still do say it Tough shit to all the Trumphants who think everyone should do what they want. Lol.

No one is obligated to do this or that just because Trumpers want it.

Must drive you guys nuts.

Do you think they wouldn’t win the vote in the house? They would. Then it would fail in the Senate.

You should be more concerned about the fact two people control what gets voted on. That’s not democratic or democracy.

It’s a two person dictatorship

Oh, so what you’re saying is, she will only do it if legally required to?

Still doesn’t explain why she’s scared to do it anyway.

Are you replying to me? Republicans threatened the dems with pushing an informal vote.

The real question is, why are you arguing semantics? Because your side can't argue the real issue.

Our President held back 400 million dollars from a country fighting a war with Russia, to get them to, "do a favor" for him. That favor, to give him something of value to potentially win a national election. That is something prohibited by law and is an impeachable offense.

Pure speculation by the left and the leftist media.

Even if it was actually true, Democrats have been trying to pin something - anything - on this president in a vain attempt to overturn the results of the 2016 election since before he was inaugurated. It’s pretty clear that “preserving the constitution” is NOT their intention.

There is no speculation to facts Trump himself has admitted to.

1. He withheld 400 million in funds the Ukraine needed to fight Russia
2. He asked for his, "favor" 6 days later
3. A favor that would give him a political advantage in the 2020 election.
4. This is second time he has asked a foreign country for help to win an election

There is no speculation to the four above. The days and timeframe is well known, established and part of the public record.

"Russia, if you're listening, I hope you can find the 30,000 missing emails"

Why is this so difficult for you to understand or admit given Trumps past?

It is a federal offense to accept ANYTHING of value that may influence an American election.

He also asked China to investigate Biden and his son

He withheld money . . . Asked Ukraine to investigate possible corruption with the Biden’s . . . Which would give him a political advantage. This is the left’s connect-the-dots accusation. Of course the transcript of the “smoking gun” telephone conversation didn’t reveal the connection they hoped it would, which is probably why Pelosi announced plans to begin impeachment efforts the day before the transcript was released.

The money was withheld so Trump could use it to bargain with —sounds a lot like Biden withholding money unless they fired the person investigating his son. So, why is it so difficult for you to understand that Biden is just as guilty as Trump given his past?

So, if the president makes a trade agreement with another country that could boost the American economy and, thus, help him get re-elected then he has commuted a federal offense?

Face it. You’re grasping at straws.

You are the one grasping at straws.

In no way does digging up dirt on Biden's son help boost the American economy. That is the problem.

The transcript conversation revealed EXACTLY what trump was doing!

You even admit trump was, "using the money to bargain with". Using it to get dirt on a political opponent. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!

The difference between Biden and trump in this instance is Biden was doing his job. The entire establishment wanted a corrupt prosecutor fired. A corrupt prosecutor by the way, that was known for NOT prosecuting cases of corruption. Biden had more to lose by getting the man fired, (if there was any proof of his son doing anything wrong, which by all sources, there is none)

Regardless of Biden's son being guilty of murdering 6 million Jews or being the second coming of Christ, it makes no difference in terms of Trumps actions and what HE is guilty of.

Your thought process is that of a 10yr old. "Well Johnny did that so I should be able to do that too". Pathetic.

“In no way does digging up dirt on Biden's son help boost the American economy. That is the problem.”
I never said it was. But had he been found guilty it would hurt his chances at being elected.

“The transcript conversation revealed EXACTLY what trump was doing!”
Yes, asking Ukraine to investigate corruption. Saying it was politically motivated is just an accusation by the left — probably because that’s exactly how they think and what is driving their impeachment movement.

“You even admit trump was, "using the money to bargain with". Using it to get dirt on a political opponent. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW! “
I didn’t admit it. I was just pointing out the dots the left is trying to connect to paint a picture they want everyone to see. But it’s just speculation. No proof.

“The difference between Biden and trump in this instance is Biden was doing his job.”
And Trump wasn’t?

“The entire establishment wanted a corrupt prosecutor fired.”
Who just happened to be investigating his son. Coincidence? Yeah, riiiiiiight.

Keep telling yourself that Biden is innocent and that Trump is guilty of sin. Some day you might actually believe it. But for now your hatred of Trump will do.

Honestly, you either must be a Russian or the knees on your pants are clear worn through. No one could possibly be so lost in the dark.

"President Trump pressed the newly elected Ukrainian president to open an investigation into a candidate challenging Trump in the 2020 U.S. presidential election. This is a stunning abuse of power; it also violates campaign finance law." He does NOT have to say, "quid-pro-quo".

Most people who still have fabric on their knees, agree with this, as do the majority of American citizens.

Funny how your blindness makes you look like a fool. You really need to stop listening to the likes of Adam Schiff. Just because you and the left WANT it to be a an abuse of power doesn’t make it true. Just like the left wanted there to be a Russian collusion or an obstruction of justice or a a war with N Korea . . .

Your banter is bogus and tiring and the majority of Americans are sick of it.

The majority of Americans agree with me. Even Fox News poll show 51% in favor of impeachment.

How does it feel to be a minority? The more time that goes by, the more you become less significant.

Just because people support it doesn’t mean they aren’t sick of it. The democrats have been trying to impeach Trump his entire presidency and people are sick and tired of it. They need to go back to running the country instead of trying to hurt the other party.
