Lopsided Leftist

Lopsided Leftist | That's a pretty lopsided viewpoint, Stephen. Statistically speaking, Conservatives donate more time, effort & money to charities than Liberals do. Perhaps spend more time outside of your Leftist Echo Chamber & actually get to know some of the people you insult so quickly. | image tagged in political meme, stephen colbert | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Are you too lazy to check google for 5 seconds? It is a little tough for lib millenials with substantial school debt to give much.

It is a fact. And not just locally, but globally.

Remember who it was that took a world from a place where the average citizen in even the most propserous nations lived a life perpetually on the brink of starvation and made it into an overpopulated cesspool of entitled whiners wondering how they can trim their obese butts down.

WHEN YOU SAY "CONSERVATIVE" YOU REALLY MEAN "CHRISTIANS" | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
leftists,democrats,liberals can be chrisitans too!!

and they also devote time and energy to helping their community.

unless you are an evangelical Christian who follows the "properity gospel" and that case...
you are a c**t.

How is Colbert's view lopsided?
He's talking about choosing a path, not selecting Conservatives for criticism.

This is truth:

"Conservatives donate more time, effort & money to charities than Liberals do."

This is false in terms of applying to what Colbert said:

"Perhaps spend more time outside of your Leftist Echo Chamber & actually get to know some of the people you insult so quickly."

Yeah, hate defending Colbert but he never mentioned political parties.

I love Colbert.
To me what he said in the quote is a tad myopic and erroneous, given the amount we (collectively) do, but I see what what he was getting at.

I thought he was funny when he did the Colbert report because while a little mean, i seem to recall he was at least fair but after wikileaks disclosed the dnc approved his scripts, during the election, he has zero credibility. Late night tv is now something you applaud to, not laugh at.

The DNC approves his scripts? Hory Sheet, wow.

Idk if they do now but during the election they sure did.

Why would he accept that?

Operation Mockingbird? Pressure from his bosses? All of them are the same. Fallon rubbed Trump's hair on air and got SLAMMED for humanizing him. Absolutely nothing positive Trump and hardly a joke against Democrats. I really miss prime SNL where they would have destroyed Schiff, Mad Maxine, Pelosi and especially Biden, lately. And of course Trump, but cleverly.

Wait, this is Grind stuff.

Destroyed? Because, um, what? Plucking a pic to meme of Maxine or Pelosi is one thing, but a scit about Pelosi dragging her feet so as to not upset Republicans would be even drier than it sounds. Make a season slandering Biden for sniffing someone's hair? Oh, some fudged story about a Medal of Honor? Then what?
I don't watch the show, just try to catch the beginning in case Baldwin is doing Trump.
I have no idea why it wasn't cancelled by the repeat-the-same-line-over-and-over-and-over-in-a-skit 1990s.

You think so? More news corps are owned by fewer companies then ever. And some of them own broadcast media, as in Colbert's company. How can you not see the collusion? Vast majority of news, tv, hollywood, print media all slavishly going after Trump daily in a way I've never witnessed before. They've gaslit many into thinking that supporting or voting for Trump is evil. Actually evil.

No, that's low hanging fruit. Someone like Phil Hartman would do something hilarious. My point tho being is snl squanders alot of comedy today by being so partisan.

Um, news flash, people aren't all pissy about Trump because he's Greta in disguise.

Folks don't like him maybe because they don't like him? There are plenty who been laughing AT him before you were even born. He lost NYC by a whopping 89% for a reason. We've had to deal with his dirty undies since the 1970s - and that's because HE promoted himself, disguising his voice to make calls to media as his own publicist! He had no problems with the dreadful MSM then.
Literally the only positive thing I ever heard about him was when my cousin's husband was on his way to Vegas to be a "chef" (as he put it) at his casino, and they stopped over here en route from PR. That's it. Literally. He liked his new boss at his posh job.

Those people are boring - and those are the standouts in the Democrat crowd. Was like with Obama, comedians found it hard to do him because he was tad on the bland side.

Trump writes the material about himself. Like Palin, just read what the dolt put out today.

Did comedians trash the hooey out of Clinton because he was a Republican in disguise? That was the only part of his Presidency I liked - the joking it inspired. And other than Monica, all his scandals were from decades ago, not one Tweet ago. I wasn't home most of that time, didn't have cable till '96, but I caught plenty mocking him.

Trump is such a joke, I couldn't believe they allowed him to do a tv show. Now he sits in the Oval Office because trailer park denizens think the most self aggrandizing elitest of all elitests has somehow given them the notion that he speaks for them. Like guppies fed to a baby piranha, thinking the one raising them for din din is God.

Weirdest thing I've seen in my life. The same folks who wanted to nuke 'em commie pinkos all giddy over Trump hugging Putin and Kim, calling him the Second Coming, because he's such a moral fella.

None of this is real. This is all a dream of a Hippie who took a bad trip on LSD.

Also I don't like the Flag made into clothing patterns, like his pants.

ONLY because they are pressured?
What's YOUR excuse for not doing?

Regardless, they ARE still donating, volunteering, and overall DOING more than the bleeding hearters.
Whatever the reason, I'll take that over fakers doing nothing once the march ends or their FB post garners 8 Likes and 2 Shares. Greta, Gore, Bono, Sting, the rest of the cause celebre celebrities, what DO they do?

Do you know who are the best Conservationists in terms of giving to help Ecologies?
HINT: It ain't Enviromentalists.

Such a horrible religion that forces people to share their wealth with the needy. Sounds commie but 10% is a hell of a lot different than Bernie and his 90% grab. I knew about 20 people from my old church that paid their way to the Philippines to build schools and hospitals (most adults had stonemason or carpentry experience) and the Bible doesn't dictate that.

Yeah, but see, if everyone was an Atheist, then we can save our money for something more important, like suing little Timmy's school so he can leave God out of the Pledge of Allegiance.

Tradition, part of the culture. That's how the Supreme Court has settled on such issues.

No, you don't have to be religious to do it, so what's the excuse so many of non-religious have for not doing anything?

Thing is the end result is the same, regardless.
And as we far eclipse everybody else on the planet in terms of volunteering and charitable giving, the only problem I have with that is that there isn't a way of putting the same pressure on all the thankless maggots and parasites that do nothing but complain.

Do you know how many Africans Bono can save with what one single U2 concert makes?
Do you know how many acres in the Amazon Sting can save if he traded some he owns in Britain for them?
Do you know how much fossil fuel Greta could have saves if she didn't use a fiberglass boat to get here and fly around from place to place?
Do you know how Al Gore could - ah, never mind, he donates - TO HIS OWN CHARITY!

Do you know how much Atheists and secularists in general donate in comparison to Christians?
Do they require a God to tell them to do so also, or are they saving it for XXXXXXmas?

Some people cannot be helped. You give them money, they spend it on drugs and alcohol. The safest state for them to be in is poverty, because it reduces the amount of damage they can do to themselves.
