Right now, I can only judge the face, which looks boyish. I've searched images and found little as far as full body photos. The ones I found had her wearing baggy clothing, so I can't judge shoulder to hip ratio. Virtually all of them were head shots, no profile shots (can't judge brow ridge/jaw line). I find that a little suspicious, along with one-eye symbolism in a couple of photos.

It might be the eyes, because she has a piercing gaze, which is a male characteristic. Girls eyes have a more gentle, doe-like quality.
