Never. It doesn't matter who suggests that policy, it's never going to happen. Don't be afraid of the boogie man. He doesn't exist.

There are more guns in America than people. We will NEVER see the end of guns in this country nor, will we see an end to the 2nd amendment in our lifetimes. There is no will for that to happen.

I agree that there will be guns forever;but I can see a time when you are afraid to take them out and shoot because of fear of being found out.

That's the time when we will have surrendered ALL of our freedoms to the govt.

Because they'll give you a few dollars for your guns? Therefore, technically not a confiscation if you trade guns for paper.

if it's mandatory... it's confiscation. The token food stamp they give you is irrelevant.

It's a confiscation if they force you to turn them in, regardless of their incentives. That's where a lot of people are tricked. "They're giving me something for it, so I'm not really being forced." But the fact you're being told to do it is where they are forcing you.

Confiscation is just the term used when someone takes something from you by authority, like a Judge, a cop, or the government.

Nobody is going to be forcing anyone to give up their guns, with money or without. Don't let anyone tell you this is happening. They're just trying to scare you to get money out of you.

Trying to force gun confiscation and actually being able to do it are two different things. And yes, many on the left are pushing for it.

I don't care if half of those on the left are pushing for it! It ain't happening. That's 15% of the population. Since when does 15% change a Constitutional Amendment?
