Except I get my information from people who currently have single payer care. The only people who like it are the unemployed who don’t have anything better to do than sit in a waiting room all day. Meanwhile, those who can, come to the US from Canada to get better care.

The people from Canada come to the US for BETTER care, not cheaper.
As far as crossing into Mexico, yes, you can get mor affordable healthcare there. Drugs are cheaper and dental work if really cheap. I know because I had a couple of fillings done in Mexico. A few years later I had to get them redone un the US because they came out. Ya get what ya pay for.
