It shouldn't be necessary to say this, but of course the meme is false, Nancy Pelosi read the report. What she didn't read is the unredacted report, or the less redacted report because it hasn't been made available to her yet.

I believe she stated that she hadn't read any part of the report, but I may be incorrect. Notwithstanding, as Speaker of the House and a member of the "Gang of Eight" she has had access to the unredacted/less redacted report as soon as it was made available in April. She did state she would maybe read the unredacted/less redacted report this week. As of yesterday, it was reported she has not done so.

You are correct that she has not read the less redacted report. She HAS read the report however. 6 Republicans and 6 Democrats were offered access to the less redacted report, and the Democrats have so far objected because they want a wholly unredacted report and underlying evidence such as would have been done in past situations.
