I assume the average American only knows about the first two Amendments. So I am pretty sur I am not far off when I say the right to ask for Asylum is guaranteed by your Constitution. Doesn't mean you'll be accepted only that you have the option of doing so. The act of outright refusing everyone regardless of who should therefore be unconstitutional. Unless of course I am remembering things wrong.

Actually, asylum is not a right. It is recognized by the united states and international law, but is not guaranteed. Also, asylum isn't based on civil unrest, or my country sucks so I want to move. Asylum is for specific cases of persecution, and is still not guaranteed.

What if said somebody decides to flee further? He makes a pitstop at the Country he is in and moves on
