Dont think so honestly.
America was much more close and united than the EU. They arent really a country.
Not to mention there is no way that Europe would go to war. It simply wouldn't be that big of an issue and Europe isn't geared for war at this point.
Lastly, the EU has already said that it would let Britain leave.
Interesting possibility though.
